Organizations are much more than legal structures accountable to varied levels of leadership as well as to shareholder or stake-holder expectations, above all that, they are always complicated, ever-shifting, rhizome structures.  It is incumbent upon management to find ways for joining-with the powers of such rhizome movements.

We work with managers and their organizations through training and consultation in finding ways to discover and honour the rhizome productivity of their unique organizations.  We also assist organizations in the creation and enhancement of communal environments which are both desirable to work within as well as condusive to the creation of valuable product.
